Equipment Scope
The belt solid-liquid separation dewatering machine offers strong versatility, meeting dual needs of tuber starch fiber dewatering and industrial sewage sludge dewatering. Working principle of Belt Dehydration Filter
Materials are evenly spread on the filter belt surface, completing moisture separation under step-by-step extrusion, and the filter belt moves smoothly under the action of the drive mechanism. The airbag system corrects deviation in real time to ensure the filter belt runs centrally, and the tensioning mechanism maintains proper tension. The variable frequency drive automatically adjusts the speed according to material flow, improving energy consumption utilization, and separated water is collected for reuse. The belt cleaning device continuously cleans the filter screen, ensuring the equipment runs stably for a long time without blockage and consistent dewatering effect.
